This website, niraboutique.in, is operated by Nira Boutique, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. By browsing or placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• We try to show every saree's colour, fabric and design as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
• Most of our sarees are single pieces with limited stock. Orders are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We may change prices or remove products at any time without notice. If an error in price or description is found after you order, we will contact you before processing it.

Orders and payment

• We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if there is an error, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
